Description: This picture was taken at sunrise on a winter morning (from the roof of the Norwegian Meteorological Institute) and shows ice-covered telecommunication masts at the top of a hill in the Norwegian capital, due to freezing fog during the night. Suddenly the sun illuminated these masts over the fog layer for just a few minutes. It was a spectacular view and it was almost like looking at a flying sailing-boat, or maybe a "Flying Dutchman"...
