Description: The ancient Inca site lies on a mountains ridge surrounded by deep jungles. Rather frequently here, after a sunny morning, the first afternoon hours come with an increasingly cloudy sky. Quickly, the storms reach down from the summits to the valleys and the atmosphere turns dark. Only the backlight of the sun’s beams lightens up the scenery. The rainfall is intense, strong and noisy, but the ruins of the Incas' walls and the landscape surrounding revive every day with a new and different air.
