Description: This photo was taken on a bitter January day in the coastal town and while taking a photo of the cloud formation and the light breaking through the clouds, I noticed a woman and her dog walking on the beach below me. I was hoping that she would walk into the reflective light that was on the sand, praying that the light would not disappear before she got there. It took a while for her to reach it, and I guess its just “Being in the right place, at the right time".
