Description: The month was very stormy in the Iberian Peninsula, where big storms occurred mainly in east-central and southern Spain. On that day, one of these storms was observed in central Spain and was moving southwards, causing flooding in cities such as Toledo and damaged the high-speed railway tracks linking Madrid and southern Spain. The photo shows a large arcus storm developing near Madrid and moving towards Toledo, causing heavy rainfall and hail.
