Description: The photo was taken in the capital around noon. The weather was rather cloudy and occasionally sunny. Rain had fallen during the night. There was mainly weak to moderate wind. It was chilly with the maximum air temperature reaching 7°C. Over the country, there was the front side of cyclone with the centre over England. Clouds were moving fast from north to south. On the photo's left-hand side thick, dark clouds Stratocumulus opacus are shown; while on the right-hand side the blue sky is appearing at the joint of cloud elements. This is a special type of Stratocumulus called perlucidus.
