Description: This photo was taken on a late spring morning when the weather was cloudy and rainy, getting to a total amount of rain of 37 mm in the country's capital. Due to the intensification of a ridge of high pressure from the west, the air pressure was gradually increasing from 1013 hPa to 1024 hPa. The cold front had taken over. The air temperature was decreasing from 23°C to 15°C. This affected the daily course of common temperatures with maximum values in the afternoon. The photo shows Stratocumulus stratiformis opacus, i.e. thick blue-grey cloud that is covering the whole sky and the sun sheltering. The cloud base was ragged while rounded and flat parts, which lasted from 5 to 10 minutes, accented in regular relief. After that, some light rain fell.
